All goods supplied are as specified by the customer at the time of purchase.
In addition to your consumer rights, all Lexent products carry a 1 to 5 Year warranty from the delivery date. This warranty is valid in the UK only and cannot be transferred to a new owner of the product.
Lexent Dehumidifiers and Portable Air Conditioners offering *5 years compressor warranty and one year product warranty.
Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, wear and tear or consumable items such as filters or batteries. Carriage charges to or from our repair centres must be paid for by the customer.
Lexent offer a 14 day money back guarantee:-
Items returned for refund/credit must be shipped complete with all documentation, accessories and in original packaging within 14 day of receipt.
If the product weighs over 30kg, the seller may charge up to £50 to process your return.
You may receive a partial or no refund on used or damaged returns. If the item, that is not defective, damaged or incorrect, is not eligible for free returns. You can arrange to return it back to us at your cost or if you're using a pre-paid return label provided by the seller, we’ll deduct the cost of the return from your refund.
Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned unused and undamaged. Failure to comply restocking charge will be applied.
Goods must be accompanied by a Return Authorisation (R.A) number which you can obtain by emailing support@lexent.co.uk
Lexent reserve the right to refuse any parcels returned for credit that are received with inadequate packaging.
Returned goods that arrive damaged or incomplete will not be credited.
The return postage cost is payable by the customer. If you require an exchange, please place a new order accordingly.
Lexent will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Lexent will endeavour to meet delivery dates but will not be held liable for financial loss should delays occur.
Lexent reserve the right to alter any technical specifications or prices on the website without prior notice.
Any shortages or damages MUST be reported to Lexent UK Ltd within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Lexent will not be responsible for shortages or damages reported after this time.
